Concessionaire: EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established to act as the Concessionaire, to design, finance, renovate/build, operate and maintain multiple sewage treatment plant (STP) and its associated infrastructure in the city of Mathura, Uttar–Pradesh (UP). The STP is being developed through a hybrid annuity model (HAM) under the ‘Namami Gange programme’ on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.
EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers Pvt. Ltd a subsidiary of M/s. Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd. (EIEL) has won the bid for development Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) along with Associated Infrastructure for a period of 15 years through Hybrid Annuity Based Public Private Partnership (PPP) Mode in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh under the Namami Gange Programme and entered into a concession agreement (CA) with NMCG and Jal Nigam on 12th December 2023.
